Curves

Curves is a place in the local mall where women can work out. I have been working out there for awhile. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Everyone is nice and encouraging. The owner at the International Falls is Becky Olson.

Curves Quest

Congrads to the winner or winners of the Curves Quest..because I have been busy or problems, i havent been able to join in or work out. With the holiday coming up. it gets harder because they are all the sweets and goodies. We must be brave and say no. Maybe come up with some healthy sweets. I would love it if you would want to send me any and I will post them on my website...

Girls Night In!!!

Thanks you all who helped make this such a fun night! 45 people attened the event and rose over $200 for Cancer in Kochiching county. Luminaries will be available right up til the event next year...

*Relax-Enjoy a bubble bath, listen to music, take a walk..whatever de-stresses you....

How to play
Weight in prior to November 10 and we'll mark it on your tracking card. Weigh again the week of December 15th. If you maintained or lost weight, we'll put your tracking card into the drawing. Additional entry to those member who got a member to join from the gift memebership program. Drawing to be held by December 23...Good luck!!
